All of our pieces are made from handmade vintage traditional clothing from Guatemala or handwoven for us by indigenous women weavers.
Your purchase supports indigenous women in Guatemala and their families. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited numbers. Small imperfections can occur as none of our textiles are mass- or machine-produced.
In order for you to enjoy your Ixmuyal product for a long time, please gently hand wash all items with a mild detergent with similar colors, or have them dry cleaned. Long exposure to sun can potentially bleach the colors of our textiles.
